I was at the fish and chip shop last night waiting for my fish and chips and guess who came on the radio The song was I'm Yours and then my daughter said "Mum we know this song" and proceeded to sing and dance around and inform everyone else in the shop that she knew the song

Someone critized him for all his talk about Obama - saying she was fed up with him. Basically he must have been having a bad day because he quoted her whole reply and basically offended her. As a result she has gotten a lot of hate mail. His blog resulted in a ton of replies some for his blog others against.

I just went and read all his blogs. He is hilarious! And I agree with him that he should be able to express himself about whatever he wants. He's not forcing people to agree with him, just stating his own opinion.

His blogs are very very political. I personally think that maybe he should stay out of politics because unfortunately I think that some people can't make up their own mind and would say, oh, i'll vote for him b/c Jason Mraz likes him......
but at the same time, I totally respect everyone's individual political opinion -- its what I love about this country....
btw. Giselle, they actually have fish and chips stores???!? woah.

I agree, he is definitely entitled to his opinion but really has to be aware that his words are reaching more people then most. btw. Giselle, they actually have fish and chips stores???!? woah. We do!!! The basis of our culture is English so we have the a lot of the same things but more relaxed and better weather

Lucky Giselle!! I think he should maybe be careful, but as long as he is being intelligent and knows what he is talking about, his celebrity status shouldn't stop him from expressing himself. If he's going on about something without knowing the facts, that's one thing, but he seems pretty intelligent, so why should he have to curb his own rights?
